Leasing offices at apartment buildings don’t have great hours to attract good renters. For instance, most are open until 5 on weekdays and the DON’T answer phones during their weekend hours so you walk in and pray that they have an open appointment.
What’s wrong here?
These hours greatly stress potential residents. Every single place we visited was going to run a credit check and needed earning information to make sure we could pay rent. Which makes sense.
But if you’re only open while we’re working in order to be able to pay rent, what good does that do?
Thankfully, we actually did find an apartment close to our jobs and pick up keys on September 1st!
